In this section of Proverbs, He slams the hammer down with a series of admonitions. I see four important warnings in today’s passage.
He will love us as much tomorrow as He does today. That does not give us a pass to sin; rather, it motivates us to obey such a good and loving God.
God’s work in our lives causes onlookers to “see” what He has done, “fear” His mighty power, and “put their trust in the Lord.” Wait patiently for the Lord. Help is on the way!
God forgives us completely. We need to forgive others . . . and ourselves.
